Orders cannot be canceled or refunded because they were expected to arrive sooner than the stated estimates.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is final and cannot be modified or canceled.

5. No Refunds for Improper Care

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper care, handling, or installation of hair products. Please follow our care instructions for the best results.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

R31nvented Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the mail carrier directly if an issue arises.
