R31nvented SHIPPING POLICY

Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have left us.  We are also not responsible for address changes. Please ensure your address is correct prior to check out.

Please examine your package before signing for it.
At R31nvented we only ship products to confirmed addresses.  The address has to be confirmed via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.

Shipping times are just and estimate on time frame and products may ship sooner. R31nvented is a small business operated by the owner Brittny Vashun. Allow time for her to work diligently on your orders. If there is a rush please email shopbrittnyvashun@gmail.com We only ship Monday – Friday. If you are ordering during a peak season shipping may be delayed. 

Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for processing and shipping of bundles, non customized premade wigs, tape ins etc. 

Custom wigs allow up to 28 business days for processing and shipping 

ONLY products in the stock category are available for immediate shipping. 

 

R31nvented RETURN POLICY

At this time there are no refunds or exchanges on products. All SALES are FINAL. NO exceptions 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.  .

UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT

IF there is a issue with the package upon arrival. You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state cannot altered and must be returned in original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges.

We are not responsible for hair and or wigs after they have been installed or worn. Please follow our haircare guides to help you with caring for your hair.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

R31nvented isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to us. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.

Any Orders not picked up within 10 days of purchase without communication will be restocked. No refunds will be giving.
