Q: How long does the hair last?
• With proper care, our raw hair can last 3-5years, while our virgin hair can last up to a 2-3 years. Regular maintenance and using quality hair care products will extend the lifespan of your hair.
Q: Can the hair be colored or dyed?
• Yes! Both our raw and virgin hair can be colored or dyed. However, for the best results, we recommend consulting a professional stylist, especially for bleaching or lightening.
Q: How do I care for my extensions or wigs?
• Gently wash and condition your hair regularly using sulfate-free products. Avoid excessive heat styling, and always use a heat protectant. Store wigs properly on a mannequin head or in a satin bag when not in use.

• Virgin Hair & Pre-Made Wigs: 7–10 business days
• Raw Hair: 14 business days
• Custom Wigs: 28–30 business days

Q: Do shipping times change during major sales?
• Yes, processing and shipping times may be extended during major sales due to high order volumes.
Q: How will I know my order is confirmed?
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order Verification Form. This form must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.
